Returns/Refund Policy

If you receive products from halfcostboxes.com that do not meet your specifications or are defective, please notify us within 3 working days of receiving your order by emailing sales@halfcostboxes.com.

Client’s Fault: If the issue is on the customer’s side and reprint is needed, the entire order must be returned within 10 working days at the customer’s expense, along with proper documentation of the defects and digital photographs (Note: you will be charged for reprint as per company policy). If refund is still desired, the customer must return the printed items, and a refund will be issued after deducting the setup and shipping costs.
